Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the following mobile apps (each and together, the “App”), provided by oms.llc (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using an App you agree to them.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these terms. All copyright in the App and in the images, audio, text and software it contains belongs to us or to the respective rights holders.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- tamper with save data or otherwise manipulate game progress by illegitimate means;
- redistribute, sell or lend the App or any part of it;
- click or view advertising fraudulently, or operate the App with automation tools;
- use the App unlawfully, contrary to public order, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
3. Content you create or import
Stage Layout for Band and Score to Part let you load your own images and build data from them. Copyright in that content remains with you or the original rights holder; we acquire no rights in it. It is stored only on your device, and we have no way to see it.
4. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising. In Pochi Pochi Bakery, some features such as boosts are available in exchange for watching a rewarded ad. See the Privacy Policy for what our advertising partners collect.
5. AI-generated conversation — Pochi Pochi Bakery only
Conversations with the characters are generated automatically, normally by an external AI service (the Groq API), or by a language model running on your device when the external service is unavailable (e.g. no internet connection, or the service returns an error). See section 5 of the Privacy Policy for details either way. Please note:
- The text is fiction, not fact. Do not rely on it as medical, legal, financial or any other kind of advice.
- We cannot completely rule out unintended or inappropriate responses. If you encounter one, please report it to the address below.
- The characters are fictional and bear no relation to real people or organisations.
6. Third-party licences
The App includes third-party software and models, each subject to its own licence.

In using the Gemma model through Pochi Pochi Bakery, you agree to comply with Google's Gemma Terms of Use and Prohibited Use Policy.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet your particular requirements, that it will run without interruption, or that it is free of defects.
8. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes loss of data through device failure, changing devices or deleting the App. Because data is stored only on your device, we cannot restore it. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
9. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the App or stop providing it at any time without prior notice, and are not liable for any disadvantage this causes you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in relation to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our location, as the court of first instance.
