Data Deletion Instructions

Scope. This page explains how to request deletion of data held in connection with Musica Formusic Social, an internal tool we (oms.llc) use to operate our own Threads account (@musica_formusic) via the Threads API. The Tool is not a service the general public registers an account with, so the data covered here is limited to our own Threads account.

1. What data we hold

Through the Threads API, Musica Formusic Social may collect and retain:

Basic Threads account information (user ID, username, profile information)
API access tokens
Post and reply content and metadata
Insights (view counts, like counts and similar statistics)

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of the data above, use either of the following methods.

Option A — Email

Send an email to omsllc.web@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Option B — Revoke access in Threads

In the Threads app, go to Settings → Website Permissions (or the equivalent permissions menu) and remove the app (Musica Formusic Social). This immediately invalidates the access token we hold.

3. What we delete

Once we receive a deletion request, we delete:

The API access token we hold
Account information and post data we have collected or stored
Related log data

4. How long it takes

We will process requests within 30 days of receipt and confirm by email once complete.

5. Data we cannot delete

Information we are required to retain by law is kept only to the extent necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
