Is my data backed up? Can I move it to a new device?

Data in all of our apps is stored only on your device. There is no transfer feature, and deleting an app deletes its data, which we cannot recover. Keep your own copies of anything important — for example by saving exported images elsewhere.

Can I remove the ads?

There is no ad-removal purchase at the moment. We are happy to take the request on board.

Is anything I create or load sent anywhere?

No. It is stored on your device and never sent to our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

What is the download on first launch?

It is the AI model file (about 800MB) that lets conversations run entirely on your device when the external AI is unavailable, such as when you have no internet connection or the service returns an error. Because it is large, we recommend downloading over Wi-Fi. You can choose “later” and still play normally — the shop girl will use scripted replies until the model is available.

The download stopped partway through

Restart the app somewhere with a good connection and try again; it resumes from where it stopped. Please also check that you have at least 1GB of free storage.

Are my conversations sent anywhere?

Normally, yes — the conversation text is sent to an external AI service (Groq) to generate a reply. When the external service is unavailable — such as with no internet connection, or when it returns an error — replies are generated on your device instead, and nothing is sent. See section 5 of the Privacy Policy for details.

My customers are not buying anything

If your bread stock is at zero, customers cannot buy even when they want to. Raise production by tapping or by adding equipment. Growing production and footfall together is the heart of the game.

The shop girl says strange things

Conversations are generated by an AI, so replies can miss the context. If you see something clearly inappropriate, please report it — with a screenshot if possible.

Does the shop keep running while the app is closed?

Yes. Sales made while it is shut are calculated as offline earnings and applied the next time you open it.

You can export it as an A4 image, then print that through your device's printing feature or a convenience-store print service.

Can I trace over a hall drawing?

Yes. Load an existing stage drawing or photo as the background image and place the instrument symbols on top of it.

The instrument I need has no symbol

Use the free text and rectangle tools as a stand-in. If there is a symbol you would like added, email us with the name of the instrument.

Is it really free forever?

Yes. No trial period, no locked features, no in-app purchases. Advertising covers the cost.

Score to Part

What images can I load?

Photographs of a score, or scans. The straighter the staves and the clearer the gaps between them, the cleaner the crop.

Can I crop several staves at once?

Yes. Select every stave belonging to the same part, wherever they fall on the page, and cut them in one pass.

Can I use commercially published sheet music?

Reproducing copyrighted sheet music beyond the limits of private use requires permission from the rights holder. Take particular care if you intend to distribute or share the part sheets. See section 3 of the Terms of Use.
