Privacy Policy
oms.llc (“we”, “us”) provides the mobile apps listed below (each and together, the “App”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use them. By using the App you accept this policy.

2. Apps covered by this policy
This policy applies to all of the apps below. The advertising service differs between them, so the differences are set out here.

3. Information stored only on your device
Everything listed in the table above is written to your device's local storage. None of it is transmitted to us or to anyone else. In detail:
- Pochi Pochi Bakery — bread and money held, upgrades purchased, shop level, affinity, unlocked outfits, prestige count, last played time, your conversation history with the shop girl, and revenue and visitor statistics
- Stage Layout for Band — the layouts you create and save, images you load as backgrounds, and images you export
- Score to Part — the score images you load and the part sheets you crop and save
- All apps — settings such as volume
Where an app asks for access to your photos or storage, that permission is used solely to read the image you pick and to save the image you produce. Images obtained this way are never transmitted anywhere.
This data may be included in device backups (Android Auto Backup, iCloud Backup and the like). Those services are governed by Google's and Apple's own terms.
4. Advertising (collection by third parties)
All of our apps are free, and advertising pays for them. To deliver and measure ads, the following advertising providers collect information directly — not through us.
4-1. Google AdMob (Stage Layout for Band / Score to Part)
These apps use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. AdMob and Google's advertising partners may collect:
- advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, the Android Advertising ID);
- your IP address, and the approximate location inferred from it;
- device information such as model, OS version, language and screen characteristics;
- ad interaction data such as impressions and taps;
- identifiers recorded through cookies or similar technologies.
On iOS, obtaining the advertising identifier (IDFA) requires your permission, which the app requests through a tracking-permission dialog on first launch. If you decline, personalised advertising based on the identifier will not be used.
This is used to deliver ads, measure impressions, prevent fraud and show advertising tailored to your interests. For details, see:
4-2. Unity Ads (Pochi Pochi Bakery)
This app uses Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies, to serve video advertising. Unity Ads may collect:
- advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV on iOS, Advertising ID on Android);
- IP address and approximate location;
- device information such as model, OS version, language and screen characteristics;
- ad interaction data such as impressions, completions and taps.

4-3. Location
None of our apps use your precise location for their own features. The advertising providers above may infer an approximate region from your IP address, and may collect location for advertising purposes where your device settings permit it. If you would rather not share that, disable the location permission for the app or for Google Play services in your device settings.
4-4. How to opt out of personalised ads
- Android — Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation. You can also change this in Google Ad Settings.
- iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, where you can stop apps from requesting to track. You may also decline when the app asks for tracking permission.
Ads will still be shown either way; they simply will not be tailored to you.
5. The AI conversation feature — Pochi Pochi Bakery only
Conversations with the shop girl are normally generated using an external AI service. We currently use the Groq API, provided by Groq, Inc. To generate a reply, what you type and your recent conversation history (text only) are sent to Groq's servers. No other information — such as advertising identifiers or device information — is sent along with it.
When the external AI is unavailable — for example, when you have no internet connection, or the Groq API returns an error — the app automatically falls back to a language model running on your device (Google's Gemma, described below). In that case, your conversation is not sent anywhere.
For how Groq handles data, see its privacy policy below. Note that data sent through its API (including conversation content) is governed by Groq's business agreements (the Groq Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum) rather than its general privacy policy.
When a reply is generated on-device, the app downloads a model file of roughly 800MB over the internet on first launch. During that download, information necessarily involved in the connection (IP address, timestamp, user agent) is sent to the server hosting the model file. The download only starts after you agree to it, and you may postpone it. The app uses Google's Gemma model for this.
Either way, text generated by an AI is fiction and is not guaranteed to be accurate. See the Terms of Use for details.
6. If you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address, your name (if you give it) and the content of your message solely to reply to you and to investigate the issue. We do not use it for anything else.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose information to third parties except where required by law. The collection described in section 4 is carried out directly by the advertising providers; we do not hand data to them. As described in section 5, Pochi Pochi Bakery's conversation content is sent to Groq, Inc. for the purpose of generating replies.
8. Retention and deletion
- On-device data — uninstalling an app deletes everything it stored. You can also delete items from within the app. We hold no copy, so deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Data held by advertising providers — please direct access or deletion requests to the provider named in section 4, under their own policy.
- Support emails — deleted once the enquiry is resolved and a reasonable period has passed. Tell us if you would like yours deleted sooner.
9. Children's privacy
None of our apps are designed for or marketed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used one of them without parental consent and that information has been collected by an advertising provider, please contact us at the address above and we will do what we can.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live — the GDPR in the EU/EEA, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA in California, the APPI in Japan and similar laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of information about you. Contact us at the address above. Note that because we hold no on-device data ourselves, our response may consist of directing you to, or assisting you with, the advertising providers named in section 4.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the law or our apps change. Material changes will be announced on this page and in the apps. The updated policy applies from the moment it is posted here.
